General terms and conditions of rental

Included in the price

• Rental price, fees and taxes.
• Unlimited mileage.
• Coverage for vehicle theft.

In the event of an accident or breakdown of the vehicle, the customer is obliged to fill in an accident/damage report and hand it in to our office.

In the event of theft of the vehicle, the customer must report it to the police, and the report must be handed in to our office.

Any accident or damage to the vehicle not reported will be considered negligence on the part of the customer and may incur additional costs not covered by the insurance.

The insurance policy covers the tenant and occupants against civil liability (damage to third parties) for an amount of 50.000.000 €.

Not included in the price (Extras)

• Baby seats.
• Additional driver.
• Fuel (to be provided by the customer)
• Extra night.
• 35 € administrative handling fee for fines

Not included in the insurance

• Loss of keys.
• Towing service (only in case of driver negligence).
• Fuel errors.
• Traffic and parking fines.
